ROLE SUMMARY
As a Data Migration Analyst, you will help clients move their business data
safely and accurately from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA. You will design and
execute the extraction, transformation, and validation logic that maps source
data to target structures, run mock loads and cutover migrations, and work
hand-in-hand with functional consultants, developers, and client teams to
resolve data issues quickly.
Your work directly determines the quality of the
data our clients go live with (and their confidence in it).
LOCATION & WORK MODEL
* Location: Fully remote (India)
* Work Schedule: Shift-based (Afternoon/Evening, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST). A
shift allowance is provided per company policy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop and execute scripts (SQL, Python, BODS) to extract, transform,
cleanse, and validate data, mapping source structures to SAP target objects
(e.g., business partners, customer/supplier master data, open items).
* Load data into S/4HANA using the SAP Migration Cockpit and related tooling;
analyze load logs, troubleshoot errors, and re-process failed records.
* Plan and execute mock loads, load simulations, and cutover migrations,
ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and security at each cycle.
* Perform data reconciliation and validation between source and target systems,
and document results for clien
