Job Description

This is a hands-on senior technology leadership role supporting the development




and implementation of advanced analytics across Investment technology stacks,
engaging directly with global stakeholders across Investments, Trading,
Investment Operations, Products, Vendors, and wider technology teams. The role
requires strong hands-on engineering craft in Java and Python, alongside
strategic leadership.
This includes leveraging Generative AI, Big Data, Machine Learning, and other
cutting-edge Distributed Technology Stack with Full-stack Development practices.
Provide strategic ideas and thought leadership with practical AI fluency — a
transparent, evidence-based view of what works, what doesn't, and how to apply it.
Applies solid financial industry business knowledge to support decision and
strategy solutions in key business areas. Demonstrates strong technical/problem
solving skills. Manages multiple projects collaboratively. Mentor the team
