As a Gaffneycline Sales Lead, you will be responsible for:

* Leading sales force effectiveness initiatives, productivity analysis,
resource allocation, territory optimization, sales incentive programs,
Salesforce CRM governance, commercial planning, forecasting, and
Inquiry-to-Order (ITO) processes. Serve as the ITO focal point for business




reviews and ensure data integrity across commercial and enterprise systems
(CRM, SFDC, ERP, and related platforms).
* Operating with a high level of accountability, resilience, and urgency in a
demanding commercial workplace, consistently going above and beyond to
achieve business objectives and exceed customer expectations.
* Managing subsurface technical and commercial discussions. Provide technical
and commercial guidance to support customer requirements and business growth
objectives.
* Preparing technical and commercial proposals for customers
* Supporting and managing medium-to-large-scale sales opportunities while
ensuring alignment with regional and business objectives.
* Leading India business development initiatives, including active sales
pipeline generation, opportunity qualification, market expansion, customer
engagement, and conversion strategies to support short- and long-term growth
targets.
