Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and technically strong Offshore Technical Lead with proven experience in Veeva CRM and Veeva Align to lead solution delivery and support for key pharmaceutical clients. The role requires deep domain expertise in life sciences commercial operations, technical proficiency in Veeva product configuration, and the ability to manage module-level responsibilities independently within a global delivery model.As a Module Lead, you will act as a bridge between onsite stakeholders and the offshore delivery team. You will be accountable for gathering business requirements, translating them into actionable technical solutions, and overseeing the delivery of Veeva CRM and Align modules.
This includes managing system configurations, integrations, UAT support, and deployment activities in compliance with industry regulations like GxP and 21 CFR Part 11.
This role requires strong analytical and communication skills to work closely with business teams, IT counterparts, and other team members. You will also contribute to solution accelerators, reusable assets, and knowledge management to support practice-level growth and delivery excellence.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the configuration, implementation, and support of Veeva CRM modules, including Call Reporting, Account Management, Events, and Scheduling.
- Manage Veeva Align activities, including roster planning, territory alignments, field force hierarchy management, and alignment cycles.
- Collaborate with onsite leads, business analysts, and client stakeholders to gather requirements and transform them into scalable Veeva solutions.
- Provide technical oversight and take ownership of delivery for assigned modules, ensuring quality, performance, and compliance.
- Drive integration efforts between Veeva CRM/Align and third-party systems such as Salesforce Service Cloud,
Veeva Vault, MDM platforms, and downstream reporting tools.
- Participate in project planning, sprint grooming, backlog reviews, and provide input into timelines, effort estimation, and resource planning.
- Conduct code/configuration reviews and provide guidance to junior team members on best practices and standards.
- Support testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and address defects with timely resolutions.
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and training materials to support system use and compliance requirements.
- Continuously monitor CRM/Align performance and suggest enhancements or automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with project managers and solution architects to ensure alignment with broader program goals and architecture standards.

Must-Have Skills
8+ years of hands-on experience in Veeva CRM configuration and support.
– 5+ years of experience in Veeva Align including roster and territory setup, alignment execution, and planning cycle support.
– 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce platform and knowledge of CRM/SFA data models.
– 4+ years of experience with integration frameworks, data flow, and impact analysis across systems.
– Knowledge of Salesforce Platform
Good to Have
- Good to have Salesforce development experience.

- – MyInsights (X-Pages) and its integration with Tableau and other analytics/reporting platforms
