- HCL Commerce (WebSphere Commerce): 5+ years of deep experience with v9.x architecture, command framework, data models including but not limited to user model, order model, catalog model, marketing model etc, and the "search" stack (Elasticsearch).
- Java Ecosystem: 8+ years in Java/J2EE, with mastery of Microprofile, Multithreading, and REST API design. Must be conversant with performance tuning and identifying
- onts: Experience with React, Next.js, or specific HCL starter stores (Ruby or Emerald).
- Database: Robust proficiency in SQL (DB2, MySQL) and NoSQL concepts.
- Infrastructure: Hathe bottleneck in the system if any.
- Headless Storefrnds-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux environments.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

- Experience in the automotive aftermarket or logistics domains.
- Knowledge of Apache Kafka for event-driven messaging.
