Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically skilled Technical Lead with 9–10 years of experience to architect, lead and deliver complex enterprise applications. As a Technical Lead at iTCart, you will own the end-to-end technical delivery across multiple projects, drive technology adoption, mentor engineering teams and collaborate with product and design stakeholders to build innovative digital platforms.

This role is ideal for a strong technologist who can balance hands-on coding with architectural leadership and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the technical design, architecture and development of complex web and mobile applications.

· Guide and mentor cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high- quality, scalable and secure software solutions.

· Collaborate with product owners, designers, DevOps, and QA to define technical solutions and delivery timelines.

· Conduct code reviews,



establish coding standards and drive best engineering practices across teams.

· Own DevOps strategy, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure planning and deployment automation.

· Evaluate new technologies, tools, and frameworks for continuous improvement.

· Act as a technical point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparency in technical decisions and project health.

· Drive a culture of innovation, accountability and continuous learning in the engineering team.

Mandatory Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

· Experience: 9–10 years of experience in full-stack development, with at least 2–3 years in a technical lead or architect role.

· Tech Stack Expertise: Proven experience with one or more stacks such as:

o JavaScript/TypeScript + Node.js + React.js/Next.js o Java + Spring Boot + Angular o Python + Django/Flask + Vue.js

· Cloud Platforms: AWS (preferred), GCP, or Azure.

· Architecture: Strong understanding of microservices, API-driven design, scalable system design and performance optimization.

Primary Skills:

· Leadership: Excellent people management and mentoring skills.

· Problem-Solving: Ability to break down complex problems and architect scalable solutions.

. DevOps & CI/CD: Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), GitOps, and deployment pipelines.

· Security: Understanding of application security practices and compliance.

· Agile Delivery:



Experience leading teams in Agile/Scrum environments.

Optional Skills:

· AI/ML Integration: Understanding of backend systems supporting AI/ML pipelines.

· Mobile App Architecture: Familiarity with React Native or Flutter for hybrid apps.

· Performance Engineering: Hands-on experience with tools for profiling, monitoring and optimizing system performance.

· Technical Documentation: Proficiency in creating design documents, technical architecture overviews and runbooks.
