Technical Lead – Full Stack Engineering

We’re looking for a strong hands-on Technical Lead who loves building, solving complex problems, and leading engineers.
This is NOT a Project Management or purely People Management role. We need a technologist who can move comfortably between architecture, coding, code reviews, and technical leadership.
What You’ll Work On
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers.
- Design and develop scalable web applications.
- Build APIs, backend services and microservices.
- Drive system design, architecture and database design.
- Review code and maintain engineering standards.
- Work with Product, QA and DevOps teams.
- Take ownership from requirements → architecture → development → deployment → production.

We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Still loves writing code.

- Can make sound architecture and technology decisions.
- Can mentor and guide engineers without micromanaging.
- Takes end-to-end ownership of technical delivery.
Good to have: Enterprise/B2B, Manufacturing, ERP/MES, IoT or AI-enabled application experience.
