Technical BDR / AI Solutions Associate (Founder’s Office)

Salary: ₹3 – 4.2 LPA (based on skills + interview) + performance incentives

What this role actually is

You will work directly with the Founder. Your main job is to find and talk to international AI, autonomous-tech, and EdTech companies that need data pipelines, data services, or digital content solutions.

This is not a pure coding job.

It is a mix of:

- Research + lead generation
- Personalized outreach (email + LinkedIn)
- Understanding technical problems
- Talking to decision-makers (Heads of AI, CTOs, ML Leads, etc.)

You will use AI tools and automation to make outreach faster and smarter.

What you will do every day

- Find good-fit companies (AI startups, AI labs, autonomous tech, EdTech)
- Research them and identify the right decision-makers
- Build clean, verified prospect lists
- Write and send personalized emails and LinkedIn messages
- Talk to international clients and explain how our solutions can help them
- Support discovery calls
- Track everything (outreach → replies → meetings → deals)
- Test new messaging and tools with the Founder
- Continuously improve the process using AI and automation

Who should apply

You are a positive fit if:

- You have a technical / STEM background (B.Tech, B.E., BCA, MCA, B.Sc. CS/AI/Data Science or related)




- You understand basic AI concepts (LLMs, Computer Vision, data annotation, training data)
- You write and speak clear English
- You enjoy research, talking to people, and solving problems
- You are self-driven, like targets, and want to learn fast
- You are ready to work full-time from the Kota office

Freshers with strong communication + technical understanding are welcome.

Nice to have (not mandatory)

- Experience with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or any prospecting tool
- Any outbound sales / lead generation experience
- Basic Python or web scraping knowledge
- Experience with AI tools or automation platforms
- College activities like E-Cell, debates, MUNs, hackathons, or technical clubs
