Technical Writer – Proposals & RFP Response Location: Kochi, Kerala (Hybrid) Job Type: Full time Experience: 3+ Years We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Writer – Proposals & RFP Response to own the complete proposal lifecycle—from identifying new business opportunities and researching RFPs to developing compelling, technically accurate proposals and managing successful submissions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, exceptional writing skills, and proven experience managing end-to-end proposal development within an IT Services or Software organization. Monitor government tenders, enterprise procurement platforms, RFP portals, and other procurement websites to identify relevant business opportunities.

Analyze RFP documents to identify compliance requirements, evaluation criteria, deliverables, risks, and timelines. Prepare high-quality technical and business content, including: Implementation Methodologies Collaborate with Solution Architects, Engineers, and Delivery teams to translate complex technical concepts into client-friendly content. Create and maintain Statements of Work (SOWs), implementation documentation, and reusable proposal assets.

Maintain a centralized proposal knowledge repository,



including reusable responses, project profiles, resumes, and proposal templates. Work closely with Sales, Project Managers, Architects, QA teams, and Delivery teams to gather technical and business inputs. Leverage AI-powered proposal automation tools to improve efficiency and proposal quality.

Proposal

Performance & Analytics Proposal Quality Metrics Develop dashboards and performance reports for leadership. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Technical Communication, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in Proposal Writing, RFP Response Management, Bid Management, or Pre-Sales Content within an IT Services or Software company.

Previous software development or engineering experience is required. Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end RFP responses from opportunity identification through proposal submission.
