nNotice Period - Immediate - 15Days max.

nShift - Flexible to work in shifts (3PM: 12AM & 5PM - 2AM Both)

nPlease Note- Need to be flexible work from office all 5 Days.

- 3+ years in client-facing roles (e.g., delivery or Enterprise Product/Application Support)

- Must have experience in Java/JavaScript

- Familiarity with technologies such as SQL and JSON is a plus.

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong understanding of SaaS technology and deployment methodologies.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to adapt to client environments and work cultures.

n1) User Onboarding:

no Guide new users through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition.

no Coordinate account setup and configuration, providing initial support and resources.

n2) User Adoption:





no Engage with clients to proactively drive product adoption through tailored strategies,

nresources, and best practices.

n3) Training Coordination:

no Plan, schedule, and deliver training sessions for users, both in-person and virtually.

no Create and maintain training materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible for

nclients.

n4) Support Coordination:

no Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and accurate

nresponses.

no Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned clients, performing routine

nmaintenance and troubleshooting.

no Collaborate with internal support teams to resolve user issues and escalate complex

ninquiries as necessary

n5) Documentation and Reporting: o Maintain detailed records of client interactions and support requests. o Prepare reports on user engagement, feedback, and training effectiveness for management review.
