Ledvore is hiring an experienced Technical Account Engineer to be the dedicated point of contact for one of our international automotive clients, based full-time out of our Coimbatore office. This is a senior, client-facing role centered on relationship management, communication, and documentation — not software sales, not core design engineering — supporting the client's Europe/USA-based teams through portal management and explicit, consistent communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own customer portal activity on behalf of the client (automotive supplier/sourcing portals) — managing RFQs and open tasks through to closure with minimal oversight
- Act as the senior communication point between the client's European/US teams and internal stakeholders
- Prepare, track, and maintain accurate documentation (reports, technical correspondence, status trackers)
- Review technical drawings/specifications when required (CAD literacy helpful, not core to the job)
- Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with international client contacts, including senior stakeholders




- Mentor or guide junior team members on portal processes and client communication practices
- Work on a shift basis, including a second shift (11:00–12:00 PM start) to overlap with European/US working hours
- Use AI tools where useful to improve documentation and communication efficiency

Requirements:

- Mechanical Engineering degree/similar— required
- 6–7 years of experience in a client-facing or account coordination role, ideally in automotive/industrial B2B
- Proven track record managing international client relationships independently
- Excellent written and spoken English (essential — daily communication with Europe/USA clients)
- Strong documentation and follow-up discipline
- Comfortable with shift-based working hours
- Ability to multitask and prioritize across multiple accounts

Nice to Have:

- Basic CAD familiarity (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar)
- Prior exposure to automotive companies
- Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) — bonus, not mandatory

Full-time, based at Ledvore's Coimbatore office.
