ABOUT THE ROLE

HSO India is looking for an experienced Senior Functional Consultant – D365 F&O;
Finance to join our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations practice.

The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Dynamics 365
Finance, experience in end-to-end implementations and/or managed services, and
the ability to work closely with customers, business stakeholders, and technical
teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Lead functional activities across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
(D365 F&O;) projects.
* Understand business requirements and translate them into effective D365 F&O;
Finance solutions.
* Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design,
configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
* Configure and support D365 Finance modules, including:
* General Ledger
* Accounts Payable
* Accounts Receivable
* Cash & Bank Management
* Fixed Assets
* Budgeting




* Tax and Financial Dimensions
* Period and Year-End Closing
* Prepare functional specifications and work closely with technical teams for
customizations and integrations.
* Lead functional workshops, requirement discussions, demos, and
knowledge-transfer sessions with customers.
* Support data migration, integration, testing, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live
activities.
* Analyze and resolve functional issues as part of implementation and/or
managed services engagements.
* Provide production support and ensure timely resolution of incidents and
service requests.
* Collaborate with offshore/onshore teams and coordinate effectively across
multiple stakeholders.
* Review deliverables and provide functional guidance to junior consultants.
* Contribute to solution documentation, best practices, and continuous
improvement initiatives.
