About the Role

/n

We're looking for a highly motivated Lead Generation Executive with experience in B2B demand generation and outbound prospecting for the US market. If you're confident speaking with decision-makers, qualifying leads, and generating sales opportunities, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n
- Execute outbound B2B lead generation and telemarketing campaigns targeting the US market.
/n
- Identify and engage key decision-makers through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn.
/n
- Qualify prospects using BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) methodology.
/n
- Generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and convert them into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) .
/n
- Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
/n
- Maintain accurate CRM records and update lead statuses.
/n
- Meet daily and monthly KPIs for calls, conversations, MQLs, SQLs,



and appointments.
/n
- Conduct account research to identify buying signals and target personas.
/n
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to improve campaign performance.
/n

Required Skills & Qualifications

/n

/n
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B Lead Generation, Telemarketing, or Inside Sales.
/n
- Hands-on experience generating MQLs, SQLs, and BANT-qualified opportunities .
/n
- Experience calling US-based prospects is highly preferred.
/n
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
/n
- Comfortable handling objections and engaging C-level executives, Directors, and Managers.
/n
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar prospecting tools is a plus.
/n
- Basic understanding of demand generation, outbound sales, and pipeline management.
/n
- Robust internet research and account profiling skills.
