Tech Lead This position is for candidates with 5-8 years experience.

- Bachelors / Master s Degree with Minimum 5 years experience in technology architecture, designing, developing and implementing customized IT solutions on Microsoft Platforms.

- Strong .NET skills and object-oriented design experience, including working knowledge of Microsoft platform, applied use of design patterns.

- Leading and Managing technical teams

- Valuable technical experience in ASP.NET, C#, HTML5, React, NextJS, Web API, DevOps and Microsoft SQL Server.

- Good exposure to latest asp.net core code and concepts.

- Good understanding of mandatory scripting languages JQuery and JavaScript.

- Exposure to No SQL databases will be added advantage.





- Prior work experience in designing and implementing large scale transaction application using SOA / MVC / Microservice architecture

- Experience with Azure Cloud will be an added advantage.

- Excellent understanding of object-oriented concepts and design patterns, as well as prior work with oo languages (Java, C#, C++, etc)

- Experience with Agile implementation methodologies

- Experience in Financial Services and Insurance domain is desirable
