1. Team Leader – Sales

- Lead and manage a team of Relationship Executives.
- Achieve monthly sales and card acquisition targets.
- Conduct daily team meetings and monitor individual performance.
- Generate leads through open-market and field sales activities.
- Ensure proper customer onboarding and documentation.
- Track daily productivity, conversions, and team performance.
- Train and motivate team members to achieve targets.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and channel partners.

Eligibility:
- Graduate preferred
- 1–3 years of sales/team-handling experience preferred
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Field sales experience is an advantage

1. Relationship Executive – SBI Card

- Generate current SBI Credit Card leads through field/open-market sales.
- Explain SBI Card products, benefits, and offers to customers.
- Complete customer applications and KYC documentation.




- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain good customer relationships.
- Report daily sales activity to the Team Leader.

Eligibility:
- 12th Pass / Graduate
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work in field sales
- Target-oriented attitude

Salary: As per experience + Incentives

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
