Job Role

- Health Insurance Executive

- Handle health insurance-related activities and customer requirements.

- Explain health insurance plans, coverage, benefits, eligibility, and policy features to customers.

- Identify customer requirements and suggest suitable health insurance products.

- Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.

- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information regarding policies and services.

- Assist customers with policy documentation, applications, renewals, and related requirements.

- Maintain accurate customer and policy records.

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of insurance-related requests.

- Ensure timely follow-up with customers and maintain good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Handling & Sales:

- Interact with customers and understand their health insurance requirements.

- Explain policy features, advantages, coverage, exclusions, and applicable terms.

- Generate and follow up on leads to achieve assigned business targets.

- Assist customers throughout the policy purchase and renewal process.





- Maintain professional communication and build strong customer relationships.

Policy & Documentation

- Collect and verify required customer and policy documents.

- Assist with policy applications, renewals, and other insurance-related documentation.

- Maintain accurate records of customer information and policy details.

- Coordinate with concerned teams to resolve documentation or processing issues.

Follow-Up & Coordination

- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.

- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.

- Coordinate with internal teams for timely completion of customer requests.

- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, applications, and policy status.

Job Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 2 years.

- Education: 12th Pass.

- English: No English Required.

- Gender: Any gender.

- Employment Type: Full Time.

- Shift: Day Shift.
