Role: Team Leader – Retention Protection Unit (RPU)

Division: Operations – Retention Protection

Location: Thane, Mumbai

Reporting To: RPU Head

Eligibility & Experience

- Graduate (mandatory)

- 3+ years experience in domestic/international contact centre / service setup

- 1+ year experience as Team Leader / Team Handling role (mandatory)

- Insurance industry background preferred

Key Competencies

- Robust leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

- Good analytical mindset with data interpretation ability

- Proficient in MS Excel

- Strong negotiation and stakeholder coordination skills

- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays





- Fluent in English, Hindi & Marathi

Primary Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise a team of telecallers

- Drive renewal conversion targets and retention metrics

- Achieve assigned KPIs for the role

- Coordinate with Zonal Coordinators and Sales Teams for smooth operations

- Share daily dashboards and weekly reports with stakeholders

- Conduct weekly performance discussions and reviews

- Drive upsell and cross-sell campaigns at the contact centre
