Role Description The Team Leader role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ranchi.

The Team

Leader will oversee a team of IT and support professionals, assign and monitor daily tasks, and ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating work schedules, guiding team members, resolving operational issues, and communicating progress and challenges to management. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting digital marketing and finance-related services,



and implementing best practices in service delivery.

The Team

Leader will also mentor team members, help with performance reviews, and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in leading teams in IT services, digital marketing, or finance-related operations, with strong people management and coordination skills.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and monitor workloads, manage deadlines, and maintain quality standards across multiple projects.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with team members, clients, and management, including clear reporting and issue escalation.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills with a focus on process improvement, service excellence, and long-term client relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Management, or a related field; equivalent experience in team leadership roles may also be considered.
- Comfort working in an on-site environment in Ranchi, with readiness to work full time and support dynamic operational requirements.
- Knowledge of digital marketing or finance/XBRL services is an advantage, along with familiarity with standard project management tools.
