We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Field Collection Recovery Team Leader to manage and supervise a team of field collection executives in the Banking, NBFC, and Financial Services sector.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing overdue loan and financial obligation recovery across assigned territories, achieving collection targets, monitoring field activities, handling customer escalations, and ensuring that all recovery activities are conducted professionally and in accordance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities Team Management

Manage and supervise field collection executives handling Banking/NBFC loan portfolios.

Allocate overdue customer accounts and territories among team members.

Monitor team productivity, attendance, field activities, and collection performance.

Train and coach collection executives to improve productivity and recovery performance.

Conduct joint field visits with executives for difficult or high-value cases.

Collection & Recovery Drive recovery of overdue Personal Loans, Business Loans, Consumer Loans, Vehicle Loans, Credit Cards, and other assigned financial products.

Monitor daily field visits, customer contacts, Promises-to-Pay (PTP), and actual collections.

Track DPD buckets, PTP, broken PTP, bounce cases, and delinquent accounts.

Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets assigned by management.

Monitor overdue accounts and take appropriate follow-up actions to improve recovery.

Customer Handling & Escalation Handle customer escalations related to overdue accounts and recovery activities.

Negotiate payment arrangements within approved company guidelines.





Support executives in resolving difficult customer cases.

Ensure qualified and appropriate customer interactions during the collection process.

MIS & Internal Coordination Review daily MIS and prepare collection performance reports.

Maintain accurate records of field visits, customer contacts, PTPs, collections, and recovery activities.

Coordinate with Branch, Credit, Operations, Legal, and other internal teams regarding recovery-related issues.

Ensure timely updating of collection activities in the relevant system or application.

Compliance Ensure all field recovery activities are conducted professionally and in accordance with company policies.

Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and approved collection procedures.

Maintain proper documentation of collection and recovery activities.

Education Job Requirements

12th preferred.

Required Knowledge Strong knowledge of field collection processes.

Understanding of delinquency management and DPD buckets.

Knowledge of PTP management, recovery processes, and collection performance tracking.

Field Requirement Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
