Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing deals to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular client visits and build solid relationships with potential and existing customers.
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the quality and performance of our products.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and product presentation to order closure and payment follow-up.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business prospects.
Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular updates to management.

Target Customer Segments
Car detailing studios, including premium, mid-range, and multi-bay operations.
Authorised and multi-brand car dealerships.
Automotive service centres and body shops.
Fleet management operators and corporate vehicle care units.





Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 3 years of field sales experience in the automotive or car care products industry.
Demonstrated experience in selling automotive accessories, car care products, or related products.
Graduate degree in any discipline. A qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Automotive Technology will be an advantage.
Willingness to travel extensively across India.
Valid Driving License is required.
Willingness to travel across South India.

Skills & Competencies
Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi.
Solid product knowledge and the ability to conduct effective on-site product demonstrations.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Ability to manage a large geographical territory and maintain regular client visits.
Good knowledge of MS Office, including Excel and Word.
