Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive with 1–3 years of experience in B2B/Corporate Sales to drive new business, reactivate existing leads, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets.

The role will involve selling Ideacraft’s Corporate Gifting, Branding, Promotional Merchandise, Customized Products, and Corporate & Institutional Gifting Solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Generate recent B2B leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, references, networking, exhibitions, and other channels.
Follow up with new, existing, old, and dormant leads to generate fresh business opportunities.
Reactivate previous enquiries and clients to generate repeat business and additional orders.
Identify client requirements and recommend suitable corporate gifting and promotional solutions.
Manage the sales cycle from lead generation, follow-up, quotation,



negotiation, and closure.
Build and maintain relationships with HR, Procurement, Marketing, Admin, and Business Heads.
Generate business through upselling, cross-selling, and repeat orders.
Coordinate with Procurement, Design, Production, Operations, and Accounts for smooth order execution.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, conversions, and sales in CRM/Excel.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
