- Google Pay Team Leader

- Lead and manage the team for the Google Pay project.

- Monitor team performance and ensure assigned targets and productivity standards are achieved.

- Coordinate with team members and management for smooth day-to-day operations.

- Provide guidance, support, and motivation to team members.

- Track daily performance and prepare regular updates for management.

- Ensure compliance with project processes and company guidelines.

- Handle team-related issues and coordinate with the concerned department for resolution.

- Maintain accurate performance and operational records.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management

- Manage and supervise the assigned team.

- Allocate work and monitor daily activities.

- Motivate team members to achieve performance targets.

- Provide regular feedback and coaching.

- Resolve day-to-day team issues.

Performance Monitoring





- Track individual and team performance.

- Monitor productivity, quality, and target achievement.

- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports.

- Coordinate with management regarding team progress and challenges.

Candidate Requirements

- Fintech experience is mandatory.

- Only candidates with relevant Fintech experience will be considered.

- Prior team-handling or Team Leader experience will be an advantage.

- Strong communication and leadership skills.

- Positive coordination and problem-solving abilities.

- Target-oriented and responsible approach.
