nAbout the Role

nWe are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Team Leader (Tele Callers) to manage and drive high performance within our insurance division. In this role, you will lead a team of insurance executives/advisors (Tele Callers), set targets, guide day-to-day sales and client servicing activities, and ensure strict adherence to underwriting standards and regulatory compliance.

nKey Responsibilities

- Team Leadership &

• Mentorship:

Supervise, motivate, and mentor a team of 8–15 insurance sales executives (Tele Callers) to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.

- Sales &

• Target Management:

Plan pipeline distribution, monitor daily conversion rates, set KPI benchmarks, and implement strategies for lead acquisition and retention.
n
- Performance Tracking: Conduct daily standups, weekly reviews, and performance audits; provide coaching to underperforming team members.
n
- Escalations &

• Client Relations:

Support executives during high-value policy closures, resolve complex customer queries,



and address escalation cases.
n
- Compliance &

• Quality Assurance:

Ensure full adherence to industry regulatory guidelines (IRDAI), underwriting norms, and internal quality standards during policy issuance and renewals.

nRequirements & Qualifications

n

n
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
n

- Experience:
n
- 3–6 years of experience in the insurance sector (Life, General, Motor, Health, or Broking).
n
- Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience managing a team or acting as a sales lead.
n

- Skills:
n
- In-depth understanding of insurance products, policy terms, and market dynamics.
n
- Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution abilities.
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
n
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, LeadSquared, Zoho) and MS Excel.
