Role: Team Leader Group Operations

Job Objective

Seeking a suitable candidate whose is proficient in managing transactions for Corporate customers in Group

Businee and also having basis knowledge in handling Vendor relationship.

 Effective WIP Management

 Effectively managing recent business activities and Policy

Servicing activities of Group Employee Benefits (Group EB)

with proper adherence to the Company guidelines, audit &

regulatory requirements.

 Close coordination with all stakeholders for timely closure of things.

 Ensure proper tracking of Group EB activities.

 Ensure adherence of SLA by Vendor

 Close coordination with both the respective teams and

Vendor.

 Timely closure of QBR action items (quarterly business review actionable)

 Timely closure of Monthly governance call and regular meetings (quarterly business review actionable)

 Proper capacity management by the vendor as per the volume projections shared in advance

 Ensure timely closure of Vendor bills by respective Depts
