Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team handling fraud investigations, monitoring, and escalation of potential high-risk/fraudulent activities.
- Support the team in managing customer-impacting claims and ensure compliance with operational and regulatory requirements.
- Manage activities related to Fraud, Disputes & Chargebacks.
- Work closely with client stakeholders to address business requirements and escalations.
- Provide effective coaching, mentoring, and performance guidance to team members.
- Drive team performance and ensure achievement of SLA/KPI, productivity, quality, and TAT targets.
- Monitor and resolve escalations and complaints within defined timelines.
- Ensure adherence to client and internal InfoSec, compliance, and operational guidelines.
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to understand and resolve team members challenges.




- Monitor and manage absenteeism and attrition.
- Actively participate in weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.

Desired Skills
- 4+ years of relevant experience with minimum 1 year of TEAM HANDLING experience on Papers. Preferably in Fraud Operations / Financial Crime / Disputes / Chargebacks.
- Strong knowledge of the Financial Crime and Fraud landscape.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in team handling and people management.
- Strong coaching, mentoring, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet timelines.
- Strong stakeholder and escalation-management skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
