As the Team Leader Collections, you will play a vital role in driving the performance and efficiency of the Collections team. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and motivate a team of Collection Executives, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures. You will be a key driver of the team's success, implementing strategies to enhance collection efforts and achieve targets.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Collection Executives team, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to collections.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.
- Implement and oversee collection strategies, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex collection issues and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all collection activities.
- Analyze collection data and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in collections management.

Qualifications

- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within collections or a similar field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire.
