Review individual and entity tax returns for US-based clients

Perform detailed review on tax returns, research, and compliance work with an emphasis on calculations,accounting theory, and tax law compliance, depending on experience.

Require identifying the books to tax adjustment based on the working papers and guide the team for the same.

Manage clients engagements from start to finish (planning, executing, directing, and completing tax projects)

Frequently interface with client personnel to review and apply accounting and tax principles

Responsible for managing 4-6 team members in the team along with needs to make sure the team develops and performs as per their KRA

Responsibilities of providing training on business tax and individual tax returns to junior staff members

Develop and enhance personal technical knowledge and understanding of US tax laws

Proficient in various US tax software and other tax compliance tools

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
