I’m Hiring! Team Leader – Delivery Operations

As we continue to expand our operations at Cargo Players Logistics India Private Limited, I’m looking for a Team Leader to join my cluster and help us build a strong, high-performing delivery team.

This role is ideal for someone who believes that great operations start with excellent people and strong execution.

You will be responsible for managing riders, driving daily performance, solving operational challenges and ensuring smooth last-mile delivery operations.

→ Team-handling experience

→ Logistics / last-mile operations experience

→ Strong communication skills

→ Ownership & problem-solving mindset

→ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
