Job Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate a team to achieve daily and monthly targets.

Guide new employees and provide proper training and support.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Handle team-related issues and resolve problems effectively.
Coordinate with management and provide regular performance updates.
Maintain a positive, disciplined, and productive work environment.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and team development activities when required.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
