UrbanRoof Pvt. Ltd. is a growing company specializing in waterproofing solutions, building inspections, leakage detection, and repair services. We work with residential, commercial, and industrial properties to identify water-related issues and provide reliable, long-term solutions.

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Site Engineer to join our team and manage site inspections, waterproofing projects, and execution activities.

Job Responsibilities

- Visit residential, commercial, and industrial sites for waterproofing inspections and leakage assessments.
- Identify the source and cause of water leakage, seepage, dampness, and related structural issues.
- Conduct site measurements and prepare inspection reports.
- Coordinate and supervise waterproofing and repair work at project sites.
- Ensure work is executed according to company standards, specifications, and approved methods.
- Monitor workers, contractors, and site activities on a daily basis.
- Check the quality of materials and workmanship used at the site.
- Prepare site reports, work updates, material requirements, and completion reports.
- Take photographs and videos of site conditions and completed work for documentation.




- Conduct quality checks and water tests wherever required.
- Identify additional repair or waterproofing requirements and communicate them to the management/team.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices at the work site.
- Handle multiple sites and coordinate schedules as required.

Requirements

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Freshers with strong practical knowledge and willingness to learn may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of waterproofing systems, concrete, plastering, masonry, and building defects.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable travelling to different project sites.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace is an advantage.
- A valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.
