Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the BFSI sector, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates.

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring requirements and provide tailored solutions.

- Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure candidate suitability for positions.

- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize processes.

Job Requirements :

- 3-6 years of experience in banking recruitment or BFSI recruitment.

- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to build solid relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as [insert specific ATS].
