Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist role based in Pune. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including job requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for a variety of roles across the organization.

The Talent Acquisition

Specialist will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, refine role requirements, and ensure timely and high-quality hiring decisions. The position includes maintaining an engaging candidate experience,



supporting employer branding initiatives, and leveraging data and recruiting tools to build strong talent pipelines. The Specialist will also contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment practices, documentation, and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, with experience managing end-to-end hiring processes.
- Proficiency in Interviewing and Hiring, including structured interviews, assessment methods, and offer management.
- Experience in Employer Branding, with the ability to support campaigns, social presence, and candidate communications.
- Knowledge of talent sourcing techniques, including use of job boards, professional networks, and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse candidates and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and capability to manage multiple requisitions.
- Comfort with data-driven decision-making, including use of ATS systems, recruitment metrics, and reporting tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; prior experience in B2B or tech-focused environments is an advantage.
