Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced

Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for a fast-growing

B2B SaaS/Product-based company

. The ideal candidate should have solid technical recruitment, product hiring, and stakeholder management experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

- Partner with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams on hiring needs.

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, Naukri, Boolean/X-Ray Search, referrals, and talent communities.

- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, product mindset, and cultural fit.

- Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, negotiations, and onboarding.

- Build talent pipelines for niche and critical roles.

- Track hiring metrics, maintain ATS, and improve recruitment processes.

- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Skills & Qualifications

- 3–5 years of Technical Recruitment experience, with





2+ years in B2B SaaS/Product companies

.

- Experience hiring across

Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, AI/ML, Data, DevOps, Cloud, SRE, QA, Product, Sales, Presales, and Customer Success roles.

- Good understanding of

SDLC, Agile, Cloud, APIs, Databases, Microservices, Kubernetes, Docker, and enterprise technologies

.

- Hands-on expertise in

LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Naukri, Boolean/X-Ray Search, ATS, and market mapping

.

- Strong stakeholder management, salary benchmarking, negotiation, and talent pipelining skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

- B.E./B.Tech in CS, IT, Electronics, or related fields.

- Experience hiring for

B2B SaaS, Enterprise Software, ITSM, ITOM, Networking, Cloud, Observability, or Cybersecurity

.

- Exposure to recruitment analytics and AI-powered sourcing tools.
