We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Handle Entry-level and Mid-level Non-IT hiring across multiple functions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and other channels.
- Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews.
- Build strong talent pipelines through talent mapping and market research.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders for timely closures.
- Handle salary negotiations, offer roll-outs, and pre-joining engagement.
- Manage critical and hard-to-close positions within defined TAT and SLA.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain recruitment MIS and dashboards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:





✔️ 3–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment

✔️ Strong experience in end-to-end Non-IT recruitment

✔️ Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean Search, and sourcing platforms

✔️ Robust stakeholder management and candidate engagement skills

✔️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills

✔️ Ability to manage multiple positions and deliver results within timelines

✔️ Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment MIS
