We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team! As a Recruiter at our company, you will be responsible for finding, sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent with the goal to full-fill company's hiring needs.

As acquiring talented people is getting harder, your position will play a crucial role for our company to stay competitive in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT Contract / C2H roles/ permanent / Apac.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.




- Coordinate with candidates and clients for interview scheduling.
- Maintain recruitment tracker and update the hiring status regularly.
- Ensure quick turnaround time for closures.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in IT Recruitment (C2H hiring preferred).
- Positive understanding of IT technologies and roles.
- Experience using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Must have own laptop and good internet connection.
