About the Role

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contractual) to support hiring for the Centre for Research & Innovation (CRI) at Havells. The role will focus on recruiting talent across core engineering and technology functions, partnering closely with Hiring Managers, HODs, and business leaders to drive end-to-end recruitment.

The ideal candidate should have experience in hiring for engineering, R&D;, product development, electronics, software, AI/ML, embedded systems, and other technology domains.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer closure.
- Understand hiring requirements and prepare detailed Job Descriptions in consultation with Hiring Managers and HODs.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other talent channels.
- Conduct initial screening and assessment of candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with Hiring Managers and business stakeholders.




- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Collect and verify required documents from shortlisted candidates.
- Manage offer discussions and support onboarding activities.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Track recruitment metrics and ensure timely closure of positions.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Strong exposure to Engineering, R&D;, Product Development, Electronics, Embedded Systems, Software, AI/ML, or Technology Hiring .
- Hands-on experience in sourcing through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple positions and closures simultaneously.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate relationship management.
