About The Role We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team at Objectways. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment, demonstrating proficiency in sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent for US-based clients.

This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, capable of managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining high-quality candidate engagement.

The Talent Acquisition

Specialist will play a pivotal role in strengthening our recruitment processes, building a robust talent pipeline, and ensuring timely placement of qualified candidates to meet our business objectives. This position is based in Chennai but operates remotely, with working hours aligned to US EST shift timings, including night shifts.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in US IT Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Proven experience recruiting for US-based clients or organizations.
- Strong understanding of the US IT recruitment lifecycle and sourcing techniques.




- Proficiency in using sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Basic knowledge of US work authorization categories including H-1B, H-4 EAD, L-2 EAD, Green Card, US Citizen, OPT, and CPT.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
- Strong ability to screen candidates for technical and professional suitability.
- Experience with Boolean search and other advanced sourcing techniques.
- Ability to handle multiple requisitions efficiently in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work in US EST shift timings, including night shifts.

Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for US IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Source candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, referrals, and internal databases.
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, and client requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate technical expertise, work authorization, location, and availability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and US-based clients or hiring managers.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates to keep them informed about the recruitment process and gather feedback.
- Build and nurture a robust pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future openings.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job specifications and sourcing priorities.




- Negotiate compensation packages and assist in closing candidates, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment statuses within ATS and other tracking systems.
- Handle multiple requisitions simultaneously, ensuring timely submission of qualified candidates to meet deadlines.
- Achieve recruitment targets and maintain high standards of candidate quality and engagement.
- Develop and sustain long-term relationships with candidates, fostering a positive employer brand.
