Role Description This full-time remote Talent Acquisition Recruiter role is responsible for managing the recruitment process from initial sourcing to successful hiring. Day-to-day tasks include identifying talent through various channels, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria.

The recruiter will build and maintain candidate pipelines, ensure a positive candidate experience,



and provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include collaborating on employer branding initiatives, using recruitment tools and data to improve hiring efficiency, and ensuring all processes align with company policies and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage end-to-end hiring processes effectively.
- Candidates should possess skills in Hiring and Interviewing to assess candidate fit and support informed selection decisions.
- Candidates should possess robust Communication skills to engage candidates, collaborate with hiring teams, and represent the company professionally.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing platforms, and social media for recruitment.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple requisitions, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of best practices in talent acquisition, including diversity, equity, and inclusion-focused recruiting.
- Previous experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, preferably in agency or fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
