Role & responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for the entire Highland Group across all functions and business verticals.

- Work closely with Senior Management and Business Heads to understand manpower requirements and deliver quality talent.

- Develop robust talent pipelines and sourcing strategies for critical and leadership positions.

- Manage the complete hiring cycle from sourcing to onboarding, including offer negotiation and closures.

- Lead, manage, and mentor the TA team, ensuring productivity and timely hiring.

- Manage recruitment consultants, job portals, and sourcing channels effectively.

- Track hiring TAT, recruitment targets, MIS, and performance metrics.

- Continuously improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, and employer branding.

Preferred candidate profile

- 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.

- Experience in Manufacturing / Agro Food / FMCG / Diversified Groups preferred.

- Strong expertise in Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean Search, Talent Mapping, and Direct Sourcing.

- Strong team leadership, stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

- Result-driven, proactive, and hands-on approach to recruitment.
