Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring across consulting, risk advisory, technology, and corporate functions. The role requires strong stakeholder management skills and experience hiring mid-level professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to offer rollout)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and networking
- Conduct screening interviews and coordinate technical/business rounds
- Maintain solid candidate experience and engagement
- Track recruitment metrics (TAT, offer acceptance ratio, pipeline health)
- Drive diversity hiring initiatives
- Work on employer branding and campus hiring (if required)
- Maintain ATS and recruitment dashboards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- experience in corporate hiring / consulting hiring / Big 4 hiring
- Experience hiring for:
- Risk & Compliance
- Internal Audit
- IT Audit
- Technology Consulting
- Data & Analytics (good to have)
- Strong sourcing skills (Boolean search expertise)
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced consulting environment preferred
