Job Summary

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment operations,

manage a team of recruiters, drive hiring targets, and partner closely with Hiring

Managers to ensure timely closure of critical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and joining.

 Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.

 Allocate requirements based on priority, skillset, and workload.

 Lead daily stand-ups, set targets, track performance, and manage team

OKRs/KPIs.

 Mentor and upskill recruiters on sourcing and candidate evaluation.

 Conduct regular 1:1s and performance discussions with team members.

 Partner with Hiring Managers on JDs, priorities, interview panels, and feedback.

 Act as an escalation point for critical and difficult requirements.

 Manage offer negotiations, HR discussions, and offer-to-joining conversion.





 Maintain recruitment trackers and share daily/weekly/monthly hiring reports.

 Coordinate with staffing agencies/vendors.

 Support employer branding, social media, and hiring campaigns.

Experience & Qualification

 8–12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.

 5 years of experience managing a recruitment team.

 Experience handling multiple and high-priority hiring requirements.

 Experience in a fast-paced workplace; EdTech/Technology/Services industry experience preferred.

 Graduate/Postgraduate qualification in HR, Business Administration, or a relevant field preferred
