n Roles & Responsibilities:

n Manage and lead the solar sales team effectively to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
n Plan and execute sales strategies for residential, commercial, and institutional solar sales.
n Create a proper roadmap for target achievement and ensure the team follows the same.
n Monitor the daily activities of the sales team and track task completion of each team member.
n Take daily reporting from the sales executives regarding calls, visits, follow-ups, meetings, and closures.
n Review and maintain daily sales reports, including lead status, site visits, quotations, and order progress.  Prepare and submit weekly sales performance reports to the management.
n Prepare and submit monthly sales reports including target vs achievement, productivity, and pipeline status.
n Conduct regular sales review meetings for performance monitoring and gap analysis.




n Ensure proper follow-up of all leads through CRM system.
n Monitor CRM software to ensure all leads are updated and followed up properly.
n Review sales pipeline regularly and ensure timely movement from enquiry to closure.
n Evaluate team performance and provide training and support for improvement.
n Identify key sales challenges and provide practical solutions.
n Ensure proper communication, discipline, and workflow within the team.
n Work closely with management to improve sales strategy and productivity.
n Coordinate with tele-calling/lead generation team for proper lead allocation.
n Support territory and route planning for field sales team.
n Track conversion ratio, lost leads, and reasons for non-closure.
n Ensure proper execution of customer meetings and site visits.
n Participate in recruitment and conduct initial interviews.
n Support onboarding and training of recent team members.
n Ensure team alignment
