Working Off Office Timings: Any day between Monday to Thursday 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM

Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage the complete sales operations of the assigned real estate site.
Drive the sales team towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor daily site visits, walk-ins, bookings, conversions, and revenue performance.
Guide and motivate the sales team to improve productivity and conversion ratios.
Personally handle and close high-value and critical customer transactions.
Develop effective sales strategies to increase site visits and bookings.
Coordinate closely with the marketing team to ensure proper lead generation and campaign execution.
Ensure timely follow-up of all leads and maintain robust lead management practices.
Conduct daily and weekly sales review meetings with the team.




Track individual team performance and provide necessary guidance and training.
Build and maintain robust relationships with customers, channel partners, brokers, and other stakeholders.
Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, CRM, Marketing, and other internal departments.
Maintain accurate sales reports, MIS, inventory status, booking details, and revenue updates.
Handle customer escalations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the Mulund and surrounding real estate market.
Ensure discipline, professionalism, and adherence to company policies at the site.
Take complete ownership of the site's overall sales performance and business growth.

Skills
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
At least 3 years of experience in a Team Lead / Sales Manager / Site Head role.
Solid experience in residential real estate sales, preferably in the Mumbai market.
