Your new role, what's involved?
/n
Responsibilities
/n
To contribute to the technical development and delivery of studies and analysis within the power systems team:
/n
/n
To deliver consulting work related to the various types of power systems studies and analysis, for example
/n
Static studies such as load flow, fault level and reactive compensation;
/n
Dynamic studies such as stability studies;
/n
Harmonic analysis/ power quality/ filter design;
/n
Transient overvoltage/ Insultation coordination;
/n
Control interaction studies;
/n
Earthing studies; and/or
/n
Protection coordination and Arc Flash studies
/n
To provide technical and project management leadership to support the project team in the successful delivery of consulting work;
/n
Management and resourcing of the power systems team; and
/n
Ensuring technical quality of delivery of power systems projects, reports and proposals.
/n
To contribute to the commercial development of studies and analysis within the power systems team:
/n
To build and maintain key client relationships to effectively position power systems services and secure future business;
/n
To identify areas where services/skill sets can be integrated through multi-disciplinary working, thereby developing and growing new services;
/n
To lead the development and delivery of project proposals;
/n
Lead on efficiency improvements in delivery, for example driving the development of recent scripts on power systems software packages; and
/n
Lead on excellence in power systems s
