Act as the single point of management control for facilities at the NTT DATA site during assigned shifts.
Ensure consistent communication with the client team and exceed key performance indicators through proactive engagement.
Establish and maintain trusted relationships with clients and internal teams.
Lead and manage high-performing facility management teams.
Interface seamlessly with the NTT DATA Real Estate team and demonstrate leadership and innovation.
