Role Description This is an internship role for a Talent Acquisition Intern based on-site in Bengaluru. The intern will assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring managers throughout the selection process.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing candidate communication, updating applicant tracking systems, scheduling interviews, and helping organize recruitment drives or events.



The role also involves supporting employer branding initiatives, such as creating recruitment content, engaging with potential talent communities, and representing BrightCHAMPS positively to applicants. The intern will collaborate closely with the HR and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure a smooth and inclusive candidate experience.

Qualifications

- Robust interest in talent acquisition and exposure to Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes.
- Ability to support Hiring activities, including coordinating with hiring managers and managing candidate pipelines.
- Experience or interest in Interviewing support, such as scheduling, follow-ups, and candidate evaluation logistics.
- Understanding of Employer Branding concepts and willingness to contribute to recruitment marketing and outreach.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a professional, inclusive approach to candidate engagement.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in basic office tools and comfort working with HR or applicant tracking systems; prior internship experience in HR is a plus.
