Role Description The Talent Acquisition Intern role is a remote internship focused on supporting end-to-end hiring efforts for NexLevr’s growing team. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with sourcing candidates, screening applications, scheduling and coordinating interviews, and helping maintain accurate and organized candidate data in recruiting tools. The intern will collaborate with hiring managers on role requirements, contribute to employer branding initiatives, and help improve candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up.

This role provides exposure to full life cycle recruiting processes,



talent market research, and the foundations of strategic hiring in a fast-moving, product-focused environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to support end-to-end hiring activities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Hiring to assist with candidate evaluation and selection.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employer Branding to help promote NexLevr’s culture and opportunities to potential applicants.
- Solid communication, organization, and time-management skills, with attention to detail in handling candidate information.
- Interest in talent acquisition, human resources, or organizational development; coursework or prior internship experience in these areas is beneficial.
- Comfort working remotely, using digital collaboration tools, and managing tasks independently with guidance from mentors.
- Ability to work with diverse teams and maintain a professional, inclusive, and respectful approach to all candidates.
