Location: Gurugram, Haryana (full time, in office)

Compensation: ₹3,00,000 to ₹7,00,000 per annum

About

Rovenlabs is a creative studio building AI driven ad films and content for consumer brands. We are growing fast and hiring across creative, editing and writing teams. This role sits with the group and supports hiring for both Rovenlabs and Paffy Industries.

What you will do

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, our social media inbox and our email inbox
- Build and run a live pipeline for every open seat, based on what each team actually needs
- Screen applicants, shortlist, and brief the hiring leads before they spend time on a call
- Schedule and coordinate interviews end to end, and keep candidates updated so nobody goes cold
- Roll out offers, follow up till joining, and help with basic onboarding
- Keep a simple, clean tracker of every role,

What we are looking for

- 2 to 5 years of hiring experience, with real volume behind you. Tell us how many people you have closed and for what kind of roles
- Strong written and spoken English and Hindi. You will be the first voice a candidate hears from us
- Comfortable working across LinkedIn, Naukri, Instagram DMs and email in the same day
- Organised. You are the person who remembers which candidate is waiting on what
- Able to work independently and chase closures without being chased

Valuable to have

- Experience hiring for creative, design, video or content roles
- Interest in AI tools and creative production. You do not need to be technical, but you should be curious enough to tell a strong portfolio from a weak one
