About the Role

We are looking for a Recruiter – Bulk Hiring to manage end-to-end recruitment for Doctors and Patient Counsellors across our clinics in India.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle bulk hiring across multiple locations and roles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and campus hiring.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to close hiring requirements.
- Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience.




- Track recruitment metrics including TAT, conversion ratios, and source performance.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and ensure process compliance.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Experience in bulk or high-volume hiring preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a target-driven workplace.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
