Assettrust Services is hiring an HR - Talent Acquisition onto join our team in HSR Layout, Bangalore!

*Position: HR - Talent Acquisition

*Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

*Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

*Working Days: 6 Days a Week | Monday Off

- Immediate Joiners Preferred

*Remuneration: Best in the Industry

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, references, job portals, and other channels
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on requirements
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate offer rollouts, joining formalities, and onboarding
- Maintain accurate recruitment reports and databases

Mandatory Recruitment Target





Minimum 10 successful employee onboardings per month is mandatory.

The candidate should be target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

What We’re Looking For

- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

*3 years of recruitment experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive sourcing and candidate-screening abilities
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel

*Experience in bulk hiring, sales hiring, or real estate recruitment will be an added advantage
- English + Hindi/Tamil preferred
